In addition, GBL’s AI/ML technologies are integrated into our Cognitive Electronic Warfare (EW) technologies, with ongoing support for multiple EW Future Naval Capabilities (FNCs), Tool Development, Technical and Laboratory Support Services, and EW Threat Modeling.
Avionics Development – With decades of experience in avionics development, GBL is an industry leader in the design, development, integration, and testing of electronic systems used in aircraft, satellites, and spacecraft.
Cloud Services – GBL is an Amazon Web Service (AWS) Select Tier Services Partner, with AWS-trained and certified individuals, as well as customer experience with products that leverage the AWS Cloud Software as a Service (SaaS). GBL also develops products that leverage the AWS Cloud, as well as provides Silver Lining Cloud Software, Services, and Training in support of AWS certifications.
MDO Testing & Evaluation – GBL provides real-time Test and Evaluation (T&E) of advanced systems and training of warfighters across various efforts within the Department of Defense (DoD).
Modeling & Simulation – Specializing in tactical and electronic combat environments, GBL develops real-time visual simulators, emulators, and prototypes. These models are used to evaluate system data and influence the requirements and training for military systems.
IT & Spectrum Access – GBL provides an array of Information Technology (IT) consulting, development, and testing services to government defense agencies and other defense contractors. This also includes advanced DoD communication systems (4G/5G) and spectrum utilization management.

Mission Planning – GBL is highly experienced in the design, development, testing, integration, and deployment of next-generation mission planning software (e.g., NOMS). GBL supplies services and products that provide advanced capabilities (e.g., advanced AI and ML algorithms) for dynamic mission planning, including collaborative manned and unmanned systems in real-time to support many-on-many and multi-domain operations.
DevSecOps – GBL is highly experienced in developing and managing CI/CD pipelines compliant with the DoD DevSecOps Reference Architecture both on-premise and in DoD Clouds at the IL5/6/6+ level. Using these techniques, GBL has successfully executed multiple platforms (e.g., F-35, and various ONR and SCO efforts) and programs.
